Your organization profiles will be accessible to all attendees when the meeting starts on Thursday, 29 July (Preview Day) and will remain that way through Wednesday, 4 August (Consortia Day). During that time, attendees will be able to view your profile and request information. You will also be able to engage with attendees via chat or live video (Zoom) upon request. There will be three dedicated live exhibit hours scheduled daily to meet the needs of our global audience in their time zones, from Friday, 30 July through Tuesday, 3 August. During these dedicated exhibit hours, we ask that at least one representative of your organization be available should an attendee “visit” your booth. The live hours will be as follows:
6am-7am (Asia Attendees)
1pm-2pm (North/South America and Europe attendees)
7pm-8pm (Australia & South Pacific attendees)
