I'm planning to attend and need a visa invitation letter to apply for my visa. Can you assist with this?

Yes. To assist with travel documentation, AOM has prepared an open invitation letter for registrants, available for download on our Travel and Visa Information page. This letter includes all necessary details to support your visa application for entry into Denmark. Please note that personal registrant details are not required for the application.

If you wish to include a registration confirmation letter, which contains your personal details, you can obtain it by logging into your AOM member profile, navigate to ‘My Events’ in the left-side panel, find the event name, and click the ‘Request Letter’ button. If your registration is confirmed, the letter will be emailed to you.
