ANNALS has a two-stage submission process. First, authors submit a proposal describing a potential full-length manuscript that they may write. Second, if a proposal is accepted by the editorial team, authors will be asked to submit a full-length manuscript based on the accepted proposal. Acceptance of a proposal does NOT guarantee acceptance of the full-length manuscript.
