Due to the large volume of attendees each year, AOM cannot provide individual confirmations, disclose personal information, or customize letters outside of the standardized letters available. Attendees should use the appropriate Annual Meeting letter available to them and consult their institution or reviewing authority for guidance on acceptable documentation.
